Our Story
Born in a Philadelphia diner. Raised in Bonita Springs.
Tony Backos started bussing tables at age 12 in his dad's Philadelphia diner. Fifty years of family restaurant experience later, he brought that "Philly diner" feeling to Bonita Springs — consistently great home-cooked food, served fast, by people who remember your name.
His kitchen and serving staff have been with him since the doors opened. Regulars grab the high-top in the middle "like Cheers." On a busy season day, 400 neighbors eat here.
